Services

Onsite Service:
We specialize in onsite service. We know that when your equipment fails you do not have time to bring it us. We will schedule a service call as soon as possible to meet your needs and get your company back up and working as quick as possible.

In-house Service:
If you are not in any hurry for your equipment to be repaired and you want to save on travel charges and onsite rates, you may also bring your products to us and we will repair it in a timely manner of your choice.

Installations:
We will meet you at your site unpack your new equipment from crate or box and install it in your preferred location at your home or office. We will install your equipment on your network and install software and drivers on as many computers as you prefer. We will verify all installations from each computer to make sure they all work ok. All packaging materials will be disposed of in your onsite dumpster. If no dumpster is available it will be up to the customer to remove.

Software Support and Training:
We will provide training and support for your new equipment, We use a very recommended source for AutoCAD support.
